Dean Twiggs

Dean Twiggs, 9, passed away in September 2020 from a malignant hyperthermia episode during what should have been a simple dental procedure.  His mother, Denise, has reached out to MHAUS to ask for our help in celebrating what would have been his 13th birthday on August 30th, 2024. She believes Dean would have wanted her to advocate for patient safety to help make sure this never happens to another person.

Please help us celebrate Dean’s life on his birthday, August 30th, with whatever donation amount fits your budget. Help us reach the $13,000 goal for what would have been his 13th birthday.  The money will go, in Dean’s name, to promoting optimum care and improving scientific understanding of MH and related disorders.
